RoHS Parts Information

M/A-COM Technology Solutions has released many standard products that are RoHS compliant. RoHS (Restriction of Hazardous Substances) is a European legislative directive that bans the use of cadmium, hexavalent chromium, lead, mercury, PBBs (polybrominated biphenyls) and PBDEs (polybrominated diphenyl ethers) in components sold in the European Union by July 2006. In addition to being lead-free, most of M/A-COM Technology Solutions RoHS products are compatible with the elevated temperature processing conditions needed to manufacture RoHS compliant electronics.
