John Ocampo has served as our Chairman and as a director since our inception in March 2009. Mr. Ocampo has also served as President of GaAs Labs, LLC, a private investment fund targeting the communications semiconductor market, since co-founding it in February 2008. Previously, Mr. Ocampo co-founded Sirenza Microdevices, Inc. (Sirenza), a supplier of radio frequency semiconductors and related components for the commercial communications, consumer and aerospace, defense and homeland security equipment markets. Mr. Ocampo served as a director of Sirenza from its inception in 1984 through its sale to RF Micro Devices, Inc., a designer and manufacturer of semiconductor components, in November 2007, and served in a number of senior executive roles throughout that period, most recently as its Chairman from December 1998 through November 2007. Mr. Ocampo also served as a director of RFMD from November 2007 to November 2008. Mr. Ocampo holds a B.S.E.E. from Santa Clara University. |

Charles Bland has served as our President and Chief Executive Officer since February 2011, and as a director since December 2010. From June 2010 to February 2011, he served as our Chief Operating Officer. From April 2007 through December 2010, Mr. Bland also served as a director and as the chairman of the audit committee of NightHawk Radiology Holdings, Inc., a provider of teleradiology services. During 2009, Mr. Bland served as the Chief Financial Officer of American Gaming Systems, a privately-held designer, manufacturer and operator of gaming machines. Mr. Bland served as the Chief Financial Officer of Sirenza from July 2005 to November 2007 and also as its Chief Operating Officer from May 2003 until July 2005. Mr. Bland received his B.S., Accounting and Finance, degree from Ohio State University and his M.B.A. from the Sloan School, Massachusetts Institute of Technology. |

Conrad Gagnon has served as our Chief Financial Officer since March 2009. Prior to that, Mr. Gagnon served for more than 25 years in roles of increasing responsibility associated with related business lines at Cobham and Tyco Electronics, most recently as Vice President of Finance for the aerospace and defense and commercial business units for Cobham from September 2006 to September 2008. Mr. Gagnon holds a B.S. in Accounting and Computer Sciences from Boston College. |

Michael Murphy has served as our Vice President, Engineering, since November 2009. From July 2006 to November 2009, he served as Vice President of Engineering of the Networks Division of TriQuint Semiconductor, Inc., a supplier of RF components for wireless communications. Mr. Murphy holds a B.S.E.E. and an M.S.E.E from the University of Massachusetts. He also holds an MBA from Boston University. |

Suja Ramnath has served as Vice President and General Manager of M/A-COM Tech's Market-Facing Businesses since May 2010. Prior to that, Ms. Ramnath has served in various business development and senior P&L positions within the company. Prior to joining M/A-COM Tech in 1998, Ms. Ramnath was a Key Account Manager with RF Micro Devices, in Greensboro NC. As one of the first 100 employees of the company, she helped drive top line initiatives and launched the company’s first SiGe chipset for ISM applications. Ms. Ramnath holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Northeastern University. She was named one of the 10 Women to watch in Technology by the Massachusetts High Tech association in 2004. |

Robert Dennehy has served as Vice President of Operations since March 2011 and previously served as Managing Director of the company’s Infrastructure Group in Cork, Ireland from 2006 to March 2011. He served in a product management role from 2002 to 2006. Prior to that, he held various manufacturing management and operational management positions. Throughout his career with M/A-COM Tech, Mr. Dennehy led operations and development teams addressing multiple product lines, such as switches, VCOs, synthesizers, various signal processing components and passives modules. Mr. Dennehy holds an Associate’s degree in Electronic Engineering and a Diploma in Business Administration from Henley Business School, London. |

Jack Kennedy has served as Vice President of Sales since May 2011, and previously served as Director of Global Distribution. Prior to that, he held various positions within the company, including as Strategic Account Lead, Global Account Director, Sales Manager, and Field Sales Engineer. Mr. Kennedy holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Boston University and is currently pursuing a Master of Science degree at Northeastern University. |
