M/A-COM Technology Solutions provides the high performance Gallium Arsenide (GaAs) products that were formerly offered by Mimix Broadband. These products range in frequency from DC to 45 GHz. They target microwave and millimeter wave applications in markets such as point-to-point radio, cellular infrastructure, and aerospace and defense. M/A-COM Tech's high frequency microwave and millimeter wave devices are positioned to meet the ever growing demand for high bandwidth products.

We offer highly integrated products that provide complete block diagram solutions from DC to 45 GHz --such as our 38 GHz SmartSet chipset solution. This packaged chipset includes an integrated up converter and receiver, driver amplifier, power amplifiers, multiplier, and VCOs. All combine to deliver a high performance solution for point-to-point backhaul radio. Our chipset solution lowers costs, reduces design time, and improves time to market. This product family provides highly integrated devices in SMT packages, resulting in a number of advantages:
